Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Atlas. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
1. Your account
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Atlas.
You may not share, sell, or transfer your account, and you may not use Atlas for any unlawful purpose.
2. Educational use only
Atlas provides educational content and tools. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. See our Financial Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these terms.
3. Subscriptions and payments
Some features require a paid subscription. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Stripe) until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account's billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Prices may change with notice. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, scrape it at scale, abuse the AI features, infringe intellectual property, or violate the rights of others. We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
5. Intellectual property
The Atlas curriculum, software, and brand are owned by Atlas and protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the platform for your own learning. Notes and content you create remain yours.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Atlas is provided 'as is' without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any investment losses, arising from your use of the platform.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these terms or the platform from time to time; material changes will be communicated. We may suspend or terminate access for violations. You may stop using Atlas and delete your account at any time.
